Another start to a great week at Stonos Oyster Bar. 🦪🍺🍽️

This past week, we’ve had some of the best building weather we can ask for. Since our last update, we’ve finished the decking install, siding has started, and MEP rough-in has taken off!

This is such an exciting project both for us and for the Charleston community. We can’t wait to hear about all of the memories this restaurant brings to Charleston families everywhere.

There’s nothing more satisfying than restoring a piece of history.

We have had the privilege to handle areas of the restoration for one of Charleston’s most iconic buildings.

The historic Trainshed on line street has been converted into new apartments to house a new restaurant as well as new residents.

This project has been a unique experience for our team and we’re grateful for the opportunity to bring life back to this beautiful landmark.

Stay tuned for interior photos of the historic Trainshed.

A staircase this unique requires a different level of expertise.

On one of our custom luxury homes, the client wanted the staircase to be more than a transition from the first floor to the second floor. They wanted it to be a talking point.

From the thoughtfully designed handrails, to the w**e cellar underneath it, this staircase brings a unique touch to a custom home only Arnett can bring.

Our custom home team continues to bring their A game to every project. We can’t wait to show you the finished product!
