Qualifications
• Residential & Commercial Roofing Experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Forklift operation experience
• Knowledge of construction operations and terms
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Team Player
• Problem Solver
• Sheet metal fabrication skills is a plus
Responsibilities
• Perform roof inspections
• Respond to service calls as directed by office personnel
• Diagnose and perform repairs on commercial and residential
roofs
• Turn in detailed reports to office personnel on all inspections
and work performed
• Keep warehouse organized and clean at all times
• Practice safety and code regulations at all times
