Excited to finally share this house flip project we recently completed in Hollywood, SC. What started as a worn-down property turned into a full restoration focused on bringing the home back to life while keeping its original character intact.

This first look shows the finished front elevation featuring fresh paint, restored windows, repaired siding, and a completely refreshed curb appeal. Every stage of this project took planning, patience, and attention to detail and we’re proud of how it came together.

Roof ready for the Christmas light!

Checkout the completion of a roof replacement on this duplex - and while the work was clean and efficient, the real win was how seamless we made the entire process for both homeowners.

This project required:
✅Pulling permits with the city of Mt. Pleasant
✅Coordinating with the HOA for approvals
✅Communicating with two homeowners throughout the job
