We get these calls a lot and its why it’s very important as a customer to research who you hire and remember that cheapest bid isn’t always the best option and if your contractor is requesting any form of payment in advance or ask you to buy materials that’s the first red flag. Make sure they know all of the municipalities requirements and have the right tools and equipment when doing any kind of drainage work. This was a new home build where landscaping went very wrong because of inexperience and it delayed the home from being able to close on time. I’m glad we got the call when we did and were able to get in and redo all the grading to get the proper elevations the town municipality was requiring to help our wonderful newest customer we are excited to have on board and look forward to future jobs. Don’t have any pictures yet since we got in and redid the landscape but the municipality inspector called me to let me know everything had passed and home was able to close Friday.
