Before and afters: We’re excited to share part 1 of these photos from a full interior home renovation project completed in 2025 in Legend Oaks. BCG worked with our client to redesign his space, transforming curves into crisp lines, adding sleek modern finishes and truly creating the home of his dreams! We utilized the added space to create a gourmet kitchen area with a drop in stovetop, double oven and a custom butlers pantry. The client selected gorgeous white oak cabinetry from complete with a 9’ granite wrapped waterfall island, custom countertops and wrapped hood by also installed a new front entry door, custom entryway shelving, and painted the updated space. Sharing more GLAM from this whole-home remodel completed by Barrett Construction Group .We installed a gorgeous, modern barn-style door entry to the master bathroom, which is also the foyer to this renovated master bedroom. Our client Jay sent us tons of photo inspiration for his bedroom complete with custom wall paneling and lighting. Not pictured here is a custom doggy door for his bff 🐶 and a new door we installed from the bedroom to his back patio! Back in the living room we completely remodeled the fireplace wall, adding a gorgeous bar, beverage fridge, shelving, a custom fireplace bench and gorgeous hand-carved mantle. The entire home was painted and sleek new flooring installed throughout. What a reset our client made!! 📷

🚿 🛁 Showcasing this gorgeous master bathroom remodel completed in Legend Oaks, take a look at the before and after photos! We installed floor to ceiling tile, a custom dry off bench complete with a second dry off drain, a seamless glass wall enclosure, all black matte fixtures and a personal favorite: a custom leg shaving niche 🤩 (swoon)!! Our client selected a gorgeous floating double sink vanity and had those same beautiful white oak cabinets from installed for a wall to wall linen closet storage area. Completing the look and keeping the same clean and crisp vibe running throughout his home, installed this linen closet countertop as well. Obsessed with the barn door entry to this bathroom, this project was one of our favorites!

Barrett Construction Group had a special little helper on the job site today 😍 Connor wants to be just like his daddy and there’s nothing sweeter! Except this outstanding pool deck and pitched screen porch (swoon). Yes, that’s my favorite TREX decking in foggy wharf again- it’s so compatible with all things sunny and bright, our clients love it as much as we do. Ryan and Bobby are installing a polycarbonate roofing system from in Opal Ice and will fully screen in the enclosure to create a Florida pool room, SC style 🫶

🪚🔨We love getting action photos from happy clients! Ryan and the BCG crew have been busy building this ginormous deck using TREX Foggy Wharf 😍 to wrap their pool. Check out that picture frame. Coming soon on this build- a fully enclosed screen porch with a Florida-room style roof using polycarbonate roofing.

🔨 BCG completed this gorgeous deck for our clients using TREX decking in Toasted Sand. We love the huge, wide stair design and of course, the crisp lines of the deck! The client chose to enclose underneath their deck to make it into a storage area which really completed the look.

👑 Condo Kings: Kitchen & Dining Room Revival

😍There’s so much to LOVE about this space recently renovated in the Legend Oaks Highlands by where should I begin?

🍽️ The gorgeous two-toned cabinets? The chef-worthy prep sink in slate grey? The pristine white granite countertops installed by Or how about the CUSTOM designed shiplap wall- a perfect, eye-catching centerpiece for the dining area!

💅🏽Our client should have been an interior decorator because the way she paired wall-paint colors with her cabinets and furniture (hello 👀 velvet, studded, high-backed bar chairs) is heavenly!

⚒️ Ryan and his crew had fun with this one- new furniture being assembled daily, paint swatches taped to every wall, executing the shiplap wall to perfection; all allowed us to bring the home of their dreams to life!

A Master Bathroom Masterpiece 🚿 🛁 recently completed in the Highlands at Legend Oaks. Our client chose to run her tiles from the floor to walls and throughout the shower and it looks gorgeous!
