🚜 Septic System Repair – Soddy-Daisy, TN
Another septic project completed by DBH Land Services! This project was a turnkey repair, allowing us to handle the process from start to finish.

Our scope of work included completing the repair permit application, installing a new drainfield, and coordinating the septic tank pumping. The new system was installed in accordance with TDEC specifications, providing the family with a reliable system designed to serve their property for years to come.

We recently had the opportunity to transform an outdated concrete sidewalk with a brick veneer into a completely new flagstone walking path in Ooltewah, TN.

The existing concrete and brick were removed, the area was properly prepared, and we installed a compacted stone footer to provide a solid, stable foundation. From there, we finished the project with a custom flagstone walking path.
Proper preparation and a strong base are key to creating a finished product that looks great and is built to last.

Another septic project completed for the Brewer family in Apison, TN!

We had the opportunity to repair a failed septic system by replacing the existing drainfield with a new chamber system designed to meet the site’s requirements.
The new drainfield was installed in accordance with TDEC standards and requirements, with proper attention to layout, installation, and overall system performance.
When a septic system starts showing signs of failure, getting the problem addressed properly can help prevent bigger and more costly issues down the road.

Another failing retaining wall and set of concrete steps brought back to life. 💪
The existing concrete steps and retaining wall had deteriorated to the point that replacement was the best solution. We demolished the failing structure and rebuilt it with a stronger, more durable system.
🔹 Removed the deteriorated wall and concrete steps
🔹 Installed precast Redi-Rock retaining wall block
🔹 Properly constructed the new wall for long-term stability
🔹 Formed and poured a new set of concrete stairs
🔹 Finished the project with a clean, functional, and durable result
Projects like this require more than simply replacing what's there. Proper preparation, drainage, wall construction, and concrete work are critical to minimizing future failure points.
A big shout-out to Owens Construction Services for the top-notch concrete work on the new stairs. They did an excellent job with the forming, pour, and finish, and we appreciate their help in bringing the project together.

We had the opportunity to help transform this property down in Cleveland, Tn. The Buff family had a retaining wall that had failed, we developed and excacuted the plan to demolish and rebuild the wall using redi-rock block. The finish product was amazing.
