 We need to post more updates, but we've been busy 🙂 Here’s a highlight from one of our recent projects — Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park. The scope included irrigation, sod installation, grading, excavation, planting, and tree planting, along with a lot of detailed work.

Employees must have knowledge of single-wire irrigation.

Valid driver's license with a star or a valid passport. No other applicants will be accepted

Must be able to operate machinery

The employee must have their own transportation to the shop in the morning.

Landscape construction work includes:

installing sod, plantings, landscape lighting, grading, and irrigation.

Pay rate based on experience.
$18-$30 per hour

Experience preferred but willing to train and pay rate will reflect. No substance abuse issues and no poor attitudes.

Southern Construction is seeking a strong administrative professional/receptionist with skills using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, Outlook). We are looking for someone that is hardworking, reliable, organized, and detailed-oriented to assist in the daily responsibilities of the company. At least 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Successful candidates should possess the following skills or basic requirements:

Proficient in Office 365
Highly organized and neat
Proven ability with Outlook and Excel
Able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Solid attention to detail
Problem-solving ability
Self-motivated
The ability to stay busy and improve upon company when assigned tasks are completed.

Self-management and self-motivating skills
Organization and planning skills
Work management and prioritizing skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Answering phones, message taking, solving problems, and relaying messages to CEO via e-mail/instant message/text/phone call. Conferring with venders on a daily basis regarding their needs and requests*

Managing and maintaining a case note spreadsheet of daily calls and/or tasks per client

Maintaining budget sheet for each client
