Another one from the shingle style days. This one was built, but modified. This original concept had a rooftop widows walk. One of those chimneys was false, and contained a spiral staircase....unfortunately, that was cut out for cost. It would have been a great view!

A throwback to one of our favorite projects features in Charleston Style and Design magazine. I designed the art glass in the upper interior hallway to spill waves of light to this living space below. Sea glass colors were the inspiration.
