Good Friday morning! Frame check day. Beautiful waterfront here in Charleston SC!We are inspecting all floors for level, walls for plumb, 90 degree corners, window locations and rough opening dimensions and all hold downs. Ready for window install to commence shortly! Have a great weekend!

Happy Saturday. Final push as we get ready for our homeowners to move into this beauty next week. To say that we are proud is an understatement. Our team Mahshie Custom Homes has the best trade professionals on the east coast. The amount of dedication, effort, heart and soul is unmeasurable. We care and can say with confidence that it shows. We are about 98% complete on the inside of the home. We attack the final 2% and the exterior next week. Here are some more photos.

To say I am proud is an understatement. We are so happy for our Sullivan’s Island family. We achieved our goal and was granted certificate of occupancy or c/o. We cannot thank our trades, vendors, or our wonderful company Mahshie Custom Homes for the opportunity to put this project together and now call it a home. Thank you Roy Mahshie and Jenna Mahshie for trusting me and having faith in what we can do together. Let’s continue building cool things!
