Clean up of debris after a fire is a difficult, yet necessary task. Rodney Loftis and Son often works with property owners, who have suffered a total and devastating loss. In these situations, we always remain mindful that compassion is our most important tool.

Restoring a piece of property to its pre-loss condition is priority for our company. Our crews work hard to get the damaged structure and remaining debris removed as quickly as possible, as the first step in allowing the home or business owner to begin to rebuild.

The community in which we live and its members are important to us. Recently, we completed a clean-up of a locally owned, family operated carpet business.

As a reminder, make sure you periodically speak with your insurance company and review the policy on your home or business and make sure that it includes debris removal in the event of a fire.

We recently completed a unique demolition project in Logan, WV for the Logan County school board.

The football grandstand at Logan High School had been deemed unsafe with the main structure, built in 1957, deteriorated beyond repair. A new one is expected to be constructed before the season begins this year.

We carefully removed the press box that was only a few years old and it will be reused on the new construction. The locker rooms, weight rooms, all the restroom facilities and foundations were all demolished as well.

Thanks to our hardworking crew at Rodney Loftis and Son, this job was completed two weeks ahead of deadline.

We would like to ask everyone to keep a long time employee of ours in your prayers. Ronnie Allen suffered a heart attack and is going to undergo open heart surgery Friday. Ronnie is a valuable employee and a lot of fun to be around. His absence at work will be felt while he is recovering. Praying for a speedy recovery and having you back Ronnie!
