USE AN INSURED CONTRACTOR!

Using a contractor that does not have insurance is a huge gamble. While you may very well be able to find a company that you trust, perhaps someone who has worked for your friends or family in the past, using a contractor that has no insurance could easily become a nightmare. If they are injured on your property, or if they cause damage to your property that normal insurance might have covered, you can be liable for the damage.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, drafts can waste 5% to 30% of your home or business energy use. Install a door sweep to contain the heat and keep the cold out. For immediate relief of draft, simply roll up a towel and lay across the bottom of the doorway to contain as much heat as possible.
