A great example of why routine maintenance matters 👀

During a maintenance visit on a James Island home, we discovered a small refrigerant leak. After some troubleshooting, we traced the issue to a leaking Schrader valve (those bubbles don't lie 🫧).

Once the valve was replaced, the system passed its leak test and is back to running like a champ 💪🍏

Sometimes it's the small issues that can become big problems if they're not caught early.

Rip currents can form quickly and are stronger than many people realize. If you ever find yourself caught in one, remember:

✔️ Stay calm
✔️ Don't swim directly against the current
✔️ Swim parallel to shore until you're out of the current
✔️ Float or tread water if needed
✔️ Wave and call for help if you need assistance

When visiting Folly Beach, pay attention to posted warning flags and signage. Beachgoers are also encouraged to stay clear of the designated no-swim zones near the pier, which are marked by red warning flags for your safety.
