We understand that winter can present some challenges when it comes to scheduling and providing the best service to our clients as outlined in our terms and conditions.

While the weather may cause temporary delays, rest assured that once conditions are safe, we will prioritize catching up and removing any accumulated waste on top of the snow pack, and the remaining waste once your common areas have thawed.

In the meantime, we also want to acknowledge that, despite the unusual operations, your pets will continue to do their business as normal, which creates a backlog that will need to be managed appropriately.

Reminder - we scoop year round.

With incoming snow and below freezing temperatures expected ongoing.

Our routes will be impacted in some areas. For those with heavy snow, once the roads are safe, we will pick up any visible waste to maintain the volumes to avoid a backlog during the thawing periods.
