University Hall at Greenville University in Greenville, IL. This 70,000+ sqft project was completed in late summer of 2024. This is currently their largest dorm on campus.

We are proud to be working on this project in Waldorf, MD.

Zaxbys is set to open their FIRST MD location in Waldord, Maryland. Located at the Waldorf Marketplace near Red Robin. The new location will feature a modern design with an open kitchen and dual drive-thru. The restaurant is currently under construction and expected to open by mid to late summer 2025. This marks the chain’s expansion into the region, offering its popular chicken fingers, wings, and signature sauces.

Check out the Greenville University Sports Complex completed in Fall of 2024. The sports complex includes the Robert "Ish" Smith Museum that includes a locker room and event space. There are also 3 addition locker room spaces in the field house that hold enough locker space for 50 players.
