Great design meeting today for an incredible custom build by Grand Living Homes at Carmel Country Club for our clients.

This is one of my favorite areas of Charlotte, and this home is going to be special.

We’re designing a true one-of-one custom home with a timeless Northeastern/Nantucket feel, cedar roofing, incredible architecture, and a design that takes full advantage of the homesite and its views of Carmel Lake and the golf course.

This is what makes custom home building so much fun. You start with a blank canvas, listen to how someone wants to live, study the unique characteristics of the land, and then bring their dream to life.
