Water can cause A LOT of damage! This water meter had been dripping for so long that it wore a hole through the gypcrete floor and plywood subfloor. We were called to remove everything and repair the subfloor and refloat the gypcrete before a new water heater was reinstalled.

This one was a difficult project. The existing stairs were over 20 years old and VERY rotted. The entire garden at this customer’s house is being redone and they needing the stairs replaced for obvious safety reasons. Does anybody need any hardscaping done? Give us a shout!
