Killer job finished in good ol’ Concord, NC ‼️

Our guys went above and beyond on this one. The scope of work changed 3-4 times, and they handled it like champs.

120 year old farmhouse on 10 acres of land, w/ the coolest barn we’ve ever seen. (Owner bought the property for the barn itself🤣).

Final scope of work:

-24 CMU piers.
-30 joists removed and replaced. 🪵
-Reframed entire kitchen and master bathroom.
-60’ of drop girder to lift and level the floors.
-15’ of flush girder and band.
-130’ of internal french drain w/ sump pump.
-Fungal remediation.
-30’ False Wall framed out to separate deck from remainder of crawlspace.
-15 Mil reinforced barrier.

Best part about this job? We saved our customer $10k+ compared to any other company.
