🐾 The Dog Days of Summer (and Fall, Winter, and Spring) are taken VERY seriously at Brookline Homes headquarters in Charlotte.

While most offices track metrics, meetings, and deadlines (yeah, we do that too), we also keep a close eye on our most important schedule: which pups are coming to work and when. 😎

Front and center in our office is THE legendary "Dogs of the Brookline Office" wall, where our furry coworkers have profile photos and official office schedules. Because around here, they're part of the team too. 🐾❤️

These pups are a big part of what makes Brookline special. They bring smiles, start conversations, welcome visitors, and remind us that building homes is really about creating places where every member of the family belongs... paws included. 🐶

Here's to the dogs who make our office feel a little more like home every day. Whether they're greeting guests, supervising snack breaks, or boosting morale between meetings, we wouldn't have it any other way.

Going the extra mile in engineering. It's one of the things that sets Brookline Homes apart.💯

In the case of this building, before framing began, our team worked closely with engineers to build wood post foundation systems that meet the highest standards for structural and safety performance. The method is similar to systems you may have seen at the Carolina coast, but the posts are cut and meant to secure the building foundation rather than hold the building above the ground.
