This homeowner was experiencing water leaks and ponding water on an old flat roll roofing system. Instead of applying another temporary repair, we recommended a long-term solution.

We’ve completed the footings, installed 6x6 post bases, set the posts, beams, and rafters — and the framing has already passed inspection ✅.

⚠️ Roof Leak Fixed – No Full Replacement Needed!

This project had 4 skylights causing leaks around the area. Over time, water damage affected the structure.

✔️ We removed the skylights
✔️ Replaced damaged rafters
✔️ Installed new plywood
✔️ Installed new shingles
✔️ Sealed everything properly
