Moving fast on a remodeling project in South Charlotte. Converting an unfinished basement into a mother-in-law suite. Plumbing is going in today for the new full bathroom.

This is not a broken pipe. This is the result of remodeling without the proper permits. The kitchen sink is draining into the crawl space during every use. The homeowner has lived in the house for 6 months and only discovered this due to a chance trip to the crawl space and found standing water. For your next remodel make sure to require your general contractor/subcontractor to obtain the proper permits to avoid costly, avoidable repairs. If they claim permits are not required - call your local municipality and confirm.

We do mold remediation! Mold in a Crawlspace is very common in the Charlotte metro area. Mold can be very destructive when not properly addressed. Below are pictures of mold growth and the damage/rot to floor joists associated with long ignored mold.

We finished our job in Jacksonville and immediately deployed to Orlando. The job here is a large apartment complex which had severe roof damage from 100 mph sustained winds. The building is condemned due to water damage which has progressed to substantial mold growth.

We are still in Jacksonville, Florida working. Unfortunately for the local residents, there remains a tremendous amount of work. Rural areas, not covered by national media, continue to have flood water in their homes. Reportedly the water is expected to recede this weekend to a level that will provide relief. That said, the clean up only then begins.

Here are some recent pictures of our work environment. Look close at the water pictures. Nothing was spared by Irma. We are glad to be able to help.

Water is powerful. This slab is from a condo building facing the St. Johns River in Jacksonville. The storm surge cracked the slab and filled the condo with 3 feet of water.

We are in Jacksonville/Saint Augustine area helping with the mitigation and rebuilding effort. These pictures are the damage to a beach front condominium complex from a tornado that spun off of Irma. Video was the drive down - 10 plus tree service trucks on the way down from New York.
