Our Company History

We started with this: -2 men in a very small closet-like office in the basement of an office building
-No vehicles
-We maintained 3 office buildings – general maintenance and light HVAC
-Served Charlotte area only


Where we are now: -55 employees and still growing
-4800sf of office/warehouse space
-31 vehicles in our fleet + 5 pressure washers (8 vans, 17 trucks, 3 sweeper
trucks, 3 bucket trucks, 4 commercial hot-water pressure washers, 1 small
pressure washer)
-Full HVAC, General Maintenance/Pressure Washing/Plumbing, Electrical, Pole
Lighting, Sweeping & Landscaping departments
-Over 400 customers
-Roughly 200+ service contracts in place
-Serve majority of NC, Northeast SC (Columbia, Rock Hill and surrounding
areas) and Charleston, SC areas

Our “single source” philosophy allows us to provide timely, quality, cost effective services resulting in streamlined property management. We were founded on the idea that we would be a single contact resource for commercial property management/managers, eliminating the need to use multiple vendors/contractors. We have, by far, filled these shoes and have now ventured into the realm of working with multi-family housing management companies (apartment/condos).
