For this project, a homeowner contacted me regarding a mess behind her residence following a porch addition. She also experienced washout under her driveway, which led to a crack and subsequently a sinkhole. We conducted a thorough assessment and provided a proposal to expand her porch with hardscaping, regrade the area, and complete a drainage system that was initially stubbed at the porch's end. We successfully executed the project by removing a damaged section of the driveway, stabilizing the base, and completing the concrete work, thanks to the expertise of my concrete finisher Brian Stewart.
