🚧 Progress Update at the Sennebogen Service Center
Exciting things are happening on-site as the concrete tilt-up wall panels take shape! This aerial view captures the full layout of the panels formed, reinforced, and prepared for the upcoming concrete pours.
Tilt-up construction is always impressive at this stage — seeing each panel built flat on the slab before they’re lifted into place. It’s a process that demands precision, coordination, and a skilled team, and we’re proud of the progress being made.

This weekend we were honored to join our client StickerApp for a “Party in the USA” to celebrate the opening of their new United States production facility. Headquartered in Lomma, Sweden, StickerApp prints custom stickers and labels. With 70% of their clients in the United States, StickerApp realized the importance of establishing a manufacturing presence here. We worked with Colony Commercial to identify a space suitable for their needs and WGM Design, LLP to design the upfit. We wish StickerApp continued success!!

We’re excited to share a key milestone in our project – setting HVAC units on the roof of a southwest Charlotte shell building. This is a crucial step as we upfit the space for a Swedish client establishing their manufacturing presence here in the United States.

🚧 Exciting Progress at Messiah Lutheran Church! 🚧
If you’ve recently driven along Providence Road in south Charlotte, you’ve probably noticed our sign and wondered, “What are they building?” We’re thrilled to share that we are building a brand-new two-story multi-purpose facility for Messiah Lutheran Church!
Designed by the talented team at WGM Design, LLP, the new building will feature classrooms, gathering spaces, and support areas—designed to serve the community for years to come.
Our construction team has been hard at work, recently placing concrete for the footings and elevator pit, and prepping the slab. We’re excited to see the progress and can’t wait to share more updates! 🏗️✨

Here’s a look at how it started and where we are with site construction at SENNEBOGEN LLC in Stanley, NC. The newly cleared six acres will be home to a new 48,000 sq. ft. service and training center and one acre demonstration area for Sennebogen’s material handling equipment.

Fun fact: Earnhardt Grading, the project’s site contractor, is a next door neighbor to Sennebogen; their office and shop can be seen in the top right corner of the before photo.
