Adding some much-needed space and giving our headquarters a fresh update. We also brought out the idea board so everyone could weigh in on the new space.

Take a short look at this video, and you will see why so many residents have fallen in love with the Griffith Lakes community center. Built on behalf of Toll Brothers, Griffith Lakes’s clubhouse, pool, fitness center, playground, and floating dock feel both resort-like and perfectly suited for their setting adjacent to the community’s signature lake, woods, and trails. Can’t wait to see the kayaks and canoes soon to launch there.

This video captures the clubhouse, pool, and water features built for Lennar Homes at Elizabeth. The Pace team enjoyed working with Lennar Charlotte again on this project including the waterfall centerpiece at the center of Elizabeth.

This community center offers the entire package including pickleball, a luxurious fitness, center and a pool with something for residents of all ages.

Griffith Lakes is one of those communities that reminds us why we love what we do.

Set around historic lakes originally created in the 1950s by E.C. Griffith, the community blends a remarkable natural setting with exceptional homes, miles of lakefront trails, and thoughtfully designed resort-style amenities.

Pace has been proud to be part of the Griffith Lakes story from the very beginning. Our Land Development and Building teams have had the privilege of partnering with Toll Brothers and Griffith Real Estate Services from the community’s inception—constructing the roads and infrastructure that laid the foundation for the neighborhood and, most recently, completing the clubhouse and pool overlooking the community’s signature lake.

Projects like this are only possible through strong partnerships and a shared commitment to quality. We’re grateful for the trust that Toll Brothers and Griffith Real Estate Services placed in our team and proud of what has been accomplished together.

Three years ago, Pace Development had the opportunity to partner with Homes to bring Stephens Farm to life. From the beginning, the vision was simple: create a small, special community that respected the natural beauty of the property while delivering something truly unique for Huntersville. More than 22 acres of the site were preserved as open space, and that commitment became one of the defining features of the neighborhood.

Today, it's rewarding to see that vision become a reality.

The team at Classica has done an outstanding job. Their homes fit this property perfectly, and it's no surprise the market has responded with such strong sales. It is another reminder that buyers at the luxury end of the market continue to value great locations, thoughtful planning, quality architecture, and a true sense of place.

At Pace Development Group, the future of our work is reflected in the energy and talent of the next generation. This summer, we are proud to welcome interns Reid Hubbard and Branch Stedman to the team.

Reid joins our building team for his second summer with Pace while pursuing a Construction Management degree at Appalachian State University, where he is a rising senior. A Charlotte native, Reid is also actively involved in Boy Scout Troop 118, originally founded by Stephen Pace, adding a meaningful connection to our company’s roots.

Branch, a rising senior at Sewanee: The University of the South, is studying Economics and competing as a member of the university’s rugby team. This summer, he is working alongside our land development team, gaining hands-on experience in the field.

While each intern is aligned with a specific team, both Reid and Branch will have the opportunity to engage across our building and development operations. Their experience will include exposure to subcontractor coordination, trade management, project logistics, inspections, and documentation—providing a well-rounded view of the construction process.

We are grateful for the contributions Reid and Branch are already making and for the enthusiasm they bring to Pace each day. With young professionals like them, the future of Pace Development Group is in strong hands.

Pace Development is proud to announce the final sale of fully developed townhome lots within the Skybrook Corners phase to our long-term builder partner,D.R. Horton. This transaction follows their highly successful first phase, which was fully constructed and sold out in less than a year.

This closing represents a significant milestone for the Pace team, marking the completion of our work in the Skybrook community—a journey that began over two decades ago.

Our work in Skybrook has consistently demonstrated that the fundamental principles of strategic community planning, paired with high-quality amenity ex*****on, deliver highly successful housing solutions. However, a project of this scale is never achieved alone.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the partners who made this vision a reality:
