It's official! Earlier this morning the Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, predicting yet another 6 more weeks of winter. This is great if you're one to enjoy cold temperatures and potential wintry weather, but it can also postpone projects that need your attention around your communities.

Have you noticed standing water, erosion, or drainage Issues around your community? I've worked my entire career (35 yrs) for a culture that makes a difference, has appreciation for others and serves.
This week I received this note from a client. Proud... Thank You Gerardo and Bobby.

I also want to thank your team. I was speaking with a resident and during our tow relocation there was a resident that is handicap and she had to walk quite a ways with her groceries. She stated one of the guys on the lawn mower noticed her struggling and they put her groceries on the lawn mower and carried them to her apartment. I was so happy to hear that one of our vendors went the extra mile to help a resident that truly needed it. Thank you so much to your team and the person that did that.
