We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This person will work both independently, and as part of a team. This job requires NO weekends or on call.

Details:
- 1099 with potential to turn into W2 employee
- Hours 40/hrs per week
- $22 to $25 per hour

Requirements:
- Must own power tools
- Must have provable, ample experience in handyman trades
- Must have great customer service skills

Must have experience in;

- Light electrical
- Light plumbing
- Minor drywall repair
- General carpentry
- Painting
- Appliance installation

HVAC Certification is not required but is highly preferred.
