Our goal is to provide every client with the absolute best lawn possible for their property. With that in mind, we'll inform the client of all of their options based on their preferences and property even if that means waiting 6 months for the right time of year for the grass type the client wants. Intrinity Landscaping is committed to providing the highest quality lawn available.

Leisure time Zoysia sod installation. This warm season turf grass is extremely shade tolerant which makes it an ideal choice for this shady yard. It's slow growth rate and traffic tolerance make for a very low maintenance lawn. These photos were taken on the day of installation and it looks stunning already but it will continue to improve over the next 6 weeks as it knits together to form a lush green carpet.
