Yes! ADUs are designed to connect to the primary residence’s water and sewer services. 🏠 In most cases, we'll tap into the sewer line outside the main home and connect water lines through the foundation.

For electricity, we’ll first try to tie into your existing service. If needed, we can install a separate service and meter for the ADU.
