Before the floors go down, the people who built this home leave their mark.

Today we hosted our floor signing event at the St. Jude Dream Home in Charlotte — and the turnout was incredible. Trade partners, vendors, sponsors, and supporters all came out to sign the floor, write their well wishes, and celebrate what this community has built together.

One of our crew members even traced his hand. That one's our favorite.

This home will raise nearly $3 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. And it started right here — with these people.

Every logo on that floor represents a company or individual who showed up — donating time, materials, and heart — to help build the St. Jude Dream Home here in Charlotte.

Families who walk through the doors of St. Jude never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. That's only possible because of communities like ours.

The difference between a floor that lasts and one that doesn't? The product and the people behind it.

We had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Davis, owner of Integrity Concrete Coatings, on the St. Jude Dream Home. Jonathan donated his time and materials to install a polyurea and polyaspartic floor system — antimicrobial, UV stable, and built to last.

This is the kind of craftsmanship and generosity that makes every Four Oaks project special.
