HVAC Service Technician 2 to 3 Yrs exp. required.
Charlotte, NC. Job responsibilities:

To Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for our commercial customers.

Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
Must be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis.

Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form. Vehicles should be wash on a regular basis.

Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle. Maintain and submit monthly mileage log forms. Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoice at job site.

Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.

Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacture recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct.

As a maintenance technician your responsibility for conducting general maintenance will be the following:
1. Driving to and from your job site
2. Filter replacements
3. Washing Coils
4. Keeping air vents cleaned

These tasks will be done on a monthly schedule for all HVAC equipment.

Advancement and job promotions are available

Starting pay will be discussed during the interview and depended on experience.
