Ready for this one? 🏗️🖤🦍

Yep, we have to rent a forklift to bring the 123”x53” 3cm Black Infinity Quartzite (approx 1200lbs) island through the 14’ AFF second floor deck patio.

Is this the first time we’ve had to do this? No.
Have we done it like this before? Also no.
Am I worried? Honestly, a little. 🤪
Are we insured? Very much so yes.
Will I be praying while watching this unfold? 💯🙏🏽always. Jesus take the forklift wheel! 😅but 😳🙏🏽

Custom Lavezzi leathered Quartzite table with shark nose edge and stone legs!!! She’s beautiful, she’s one of a kind and she’s heavy! 🗿

Come see this latest display in our ever developing showroom! Now…what to do with the legs? Keep the mesh backing or cover over?

Kristine Franz Design did it again 🤩🖤🦍

Kris’ vision is a perfect blend of sophisticated elegance and organic warmth. And this is just the living room. The rest of the home is just as spectacular and we can’t wait to see the rest.

Thank you Kris for trusting us to execute your designs and letting us be apart of it all! Cheers until the next one. 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Happy birthday Juan!!! He was convinced he was turning 58… we did the math and found out he was turning 59 💀 bet you’ve never seen someone more excited to celebrate being a year older. He’s VERY happy to be a year closer to retirement. We love you Juan!!!! Thank you for always making our days brighter, we are very lucky to have you on our team 🦍

We are not 🚫 dropping it… But it is hot 🥵
Ever wonder what stone fabrication looks like from our side?

This is where the magic happens… precision cuts, heavy slabs, skilled hands, and a whole lot of Gorilla power. It all starts here before it becomes the finished piece you see in a home or business 🏠

From slab to statement piece 🦍💪

Dekton Morpheus glow up ✨🖤🦍

Make new spaces, but keep the old. One is silver and the other gold 🤭

We kept our existing countertops and table and put the stone right over the top!! No demo! This saved us from potential additional costs of fixing the masonry at the grill and trashing a perfectly sturdy but rusty table. So we did a glow up instead of adding to the land fill. And by using 8mm Dekton we didn’t really add significant weight that the table couldn’t hold.

Hence my tada 😂
