"Quite simply, Black Diamond is one of the best home service businesses I've ever worked with. Being new to Matthews, NC, we sought recommendations on the top area lawn services. Black Diamond kept coming up. So, we went with them, and are extremely pleased we did. Several aspects have stood out. First, Black Diamond is responsive and dependable. When they say they will do something, or meet a certain schedule, the will do it. Second, they are great communicators, keeping us in the loop on scheduled deliveries, services, visits, etc. Third, they are experts. I basically needed a complete redo of my lawn and yard, and Black Diamond delivered. From planning and strategy, to product and application selection, they know what they are doing. Finally, they are easy to work with. Both Kelvin and his operational team, and the office team, are friendly and totally focused on delivering a great customer experience. We couldn't be happier with our relationship with Black Diamond lawn service. Highly Recommend!"
