We will be selling dark double shredded mulch for only $20 Per Cubic yard !! (compare to most Landscape supply / Nurseties / other lawn care / landscaping companies selling basically the same product for $35 per yard and you can see how your savings will quickly add up getting mulch though us.

How are we able to sell for less so you can save more ?
Simple, we are a small family run local business .... without alot of expenses .....
We don't have fancy store fronts on commercial properties (big $$)
We do NOT have employees and the costs associated with that (Social Security taxes, Medical benefits, F**A etc...)
Our equipment is all paid for ..... No lease or monthly payments ...
We save you save.
We value providing YOU with the best value for your hard earned dollars and want to earn your business AND repeat business ....
Delivery for mulch is only $4 per mile from Pantops Shopping Center (Charlottesville, VA) (minimum delivery fee is $50).
If there is enough demand we may offer local pick up as well but for starters we will be delivery only.

We will be offering Junk Removal service/ (you load or we load) at prices that blow away the competition also !!
Since MOST cleanouts are more about VOLUME (furniture , sofas, dressers, cabinets, bedding, chairs, tables, chests, washers, dryers, TVs, stereos, speakers) than weight (like shingles, dirt , concrete, drywall, logs) we offer LARGE containers to help YOU the MOST.....
The most cubic yards for the lowest prices .... period.
Our approx 15 Cubic yard containers include up to 1 ton of debris is only $265 for up to 5 Days! (extra days are only $10 per day) .... 10 Miles free delivery / Pick up (From Pantops Shopping Center Charlottesville, VA) or ($5 per mile extra after that). Extra Weight above 1 Ton is $75 / ton . Max load is a generous 4000 lbs but for most any clean out we've done that is more than enough (If you have heavy items like brick / cinder block , stone, shingles, large quantity of sheet rock or similar, dirt , gravel etc ... call us before ordering).
NOTE : Special rates for some items may apply for some items (tires / Mattresses etc... ask for details).
If you need help moving some items to be disposed of that can be done for FREE oftentimes but if you have alot of stuff to be moved that can be arranged also but call us for details on that.
There are a few things we cannot take at the current time but may be able to in the near future should demand be high enough : Haz Mat materials, Radio active materials, Bodies , etc ....).
Suppose I need more weight capacity OR container size ?
since our prices are SO LOW simply order another container and you'll STILL be SAVING $$ over the cost of a "Normal" 15 or 20 yard container rental from the big boys / other companies like the got junk types or large container haulers using the big rigs ....OR even small rigs for that matter.
Simply put we work harder to provide you better value and pricing .... We want to earn your business AND Repeat business.
