Nickerson Tree & Landscape is a family owned and operated, full-service landscaping company based in Chatham, MA. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily coordination of personnel, vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Work hands-on with the crew to provide training in proper landscape procedures and safety.
• Assist with scheduling personnel and subcontractors for projects.
• Monitor quality of work on high end properties.
• Encourage and support a positive team environment.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
Required for consideration:
• Three years in a landscape management position.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive and motivational attitude.
Compensation and benefits:
• Starting salary is commensurate with experience, $1000-$1200 weekly. Certifications and/or licenses are a plus.
• Paid holidays.
• Year-end bonus.
• Company paid SEP plan after one year.
