Here is the story:Customer had huge water damage stains on ceiling down stairs. We cut the ceiling and found the subfloor was blocking our view to inspect the tub drains. We proceeded to cut the wall behind the tub upstairs.tub shoe was in rough condition and sealant was missing from base of wall trim next to tub. We replaced the tub pop up drain along with the tub shoe, applied caulking to seal base of bathroom floors and install access panel for future inspection,checked to insure no leaks and provided a 1 year warranty on tub pop up drain.

Here is the story: Customer septic system backing up and pump alarm going off. We opened the basin for diagnostics. Large amount of grease in tank had caused float to get stuck causing pump to run continuously. Pump had pushed so much grease into line that check valve had got stuck and all water being pumped was backflowing back into basin and overheating pump..unfortunately pump will need to be replaced, outgoing drain will need cleaned and check valve replaced.

Here is the story: Customer said pilot light went out and she had called a plumber to come get it lit again.The plumber couldnt get the pilot to light. He charged her $175 and told her to find and purchase a new burner assembly and gas control valve and he would replace it...i told her i could try replacing the thermocouple to see if we can get her up and running to get her through the weekend.We were able to get her heater up and running. I showed her how to light the pilot light in case it were to go back out and i gave her a few options in getting the water heater replaced seeing as how it was 20 years old and we would be unable to replace just the burner assembly and gas control valve... as it turns out they dont make parts for that model waterheater anymore.
