Throwback to the early 90s when we built the Astral House, featured in Steven Soderberghs movie “The Limey”. This was a very intricate new 6,000 square foot contemporary hillside home in the Hollywood hills designed by the late museum curator Brent Seville. This home features hardwood flooring, modern kitchens and baths, full glass entry, and a very unique walking bridge leading to its two-story artist tower. This project also features a pool that sits up approximately 30 feet over the descending hillside.
