Experienced, skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper or Accountant needed for medium-sized construction company located in Chatsworth.
- Salary will be based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree (2 year) in accounting, Bachelor’s degree a plus
Minimum 3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks with at least 3 years experience, Contractor’s Edition a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, TEAMs, and Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
High degree of accuracy
Attention to detail
Strong, professional work ethic
Positive, enthusiastic attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Review job costing and general ledger for accuracy
Prepare Profit and Loss Statements
Prepare year-end documents for CPA
Year End 1099’s
Oversee general liability, workers comp and vehicle insurances and their audits
