👋 Meet Tommy Lynch!

Tommy is the founder of Lynch Plumbing and the man who started it all. He founded the company in 1989 and has dedicated the last 37 years to building a business centered on integrity, hard work, and taking care of people.

What Tommy enjoys most about his job isn’t fixing plumbing—it’s creating a safe, supportive workplace where employees can grow, succeed, and build the lives they want. His biggest goal is to see every member of the Lynch Plumbing team thrive, own a home, and achieve their dreams.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Tommy fishing, watching IndyCar and NASCAR racing, or tackling projects around his house. His favorite meal? A classic steak and potatoes. 🥩🥔

Fun fact: Tommy is a true daredevil! He’s gone bungee jumping 10 times and has even skydived solo. 😲

👋 Meet Amanda Lynch Santos!

Amanda is the Co-Owner of Lynch Plumbing and has been part of the family business for over 15 years, working alongside her dad to serve our community with honesty, integrity, and exceptional service.

Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with customers and the community. Amanda loves getting to know customers and their families, and being a trusted resource for their plumbing needs is what brings her the most joy.

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her cheering on the Dodgers or enjoying her favorite food—Mexican cuisine! 🌮⚾

Fun fact: Last year, Amanda and her dad took a leap of faith together and bungee jumped off a 240-foot bridge! 😲
