In climates with high humidity, mold is prevalent. Don't leave it untreated! If you have a room with a musty scent that won't go away, or are having difficulty breathing please consult a professional.

My client bought an older home with carpet. The previous owners had many cats that liked to spray. My team ripped up the carpet, removed old staples and treated the floor with our own spray to treat the mold.

We allowed the mixture to dry and sprayed multiple times to ensure the mixture seeped far enough into the wood to treat the porous areas. No fan was used to avoid the spreading of spores, but we did use a dehumidifier to keep moisture out.

Due to the location of my client's room and the high humidity of this area we followed up with a coat of Kilz Mold and Mildew to help prevent future mold and mildew growth. Once dry, we proceeded to install their new flooring of choice.

Here is an example from a recent client that wanted something that could double as a game and guest space.

She wasn't sure exactly what she wanted, but we were able to collaborate and customize a completed project within her budget.

My team framed and added drywall before installing a new drop ceiling with LED lighting and soffit around the exposed duct work for a clean, finished look.
