- Trenton is a Great Guy, never gave up and got the Job done. Thank You!

- We were having issues with our ac unit leaking. They sent Chris to us and within a minutes he figured out the issue then he had to figure the best fix. It was great. Chris was so nice and explained everything to us. Gave us suggestions on what we can do to improve the sump pump. We are members of their club and it helps with the bill and you get priority service which was great for us to get service to stop the leak. Highly recommended that service. Patriot is a great company for ac/heating and plumbing.

- Can say enough good things about Anthony!! He saved us in this heat wave!! My husband called Patriot due to their 4.8 rating and the service was excellent. Initial call gave us apt time frame then next call gave us a 30 minute arrival window and Anthony rolled in right on time, assessed/diagnosed our ac unit and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes!! AMAZING! Thanks so much for helping us. 10/10 recommend!!

- Great experience with these guys. Did a plumbing preventative maintenance check and were knowledgeable and helpful. I’d use them again.

Time flies! Ivan is officially marking 1 year with our Plumbing Install team today. 🔧

It takes a lot of moving parts and teamwork to keep our difficult installs running every day, and we're glad to mark this milestone with Ivan. Happy 1st anniversary! Keep up the good work!

I know, I know—another Tina post. But before you start accusing us of bias, hear us out: today is officially Tina’s Birthday, AND her peers just voted her Office-Side Employee of the Month!

Coincidence? We think not. Cosmic destiny? Most likely.

Let’s be honest, Tina is the unsung glue holding this entire operation together. Whether she’s solving impossible problems, keeping the office running like a finely tuned machine, or single-handedly making sure the good snacks don't disappear in 3.5 seconds, she is our undisputed superstar.

We came home this evening to a house with no A/C, and Chris with Patriot Service was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue while explaining everything clearly. Most importantly, he was genuinely invested in finding the best solution for our family, not just the quickest fix. Chris provided exceptional customer service and represented Patriot Service extremely well. I highly recommend him and the entire team. Thank you again!

Dustin was great. Respectful and cheerful, he did a thorough job of checking my drains and septic tank, made legitimate and reasonable recommendations and sent me a thorough estimate of the cost of each one. The issue had resolved by the time he got here, so he didn’t charge me as much as he could have. Plus, I called the company last night at 8:45, and he was here at 8 this morning. Great service!
