You know what’s nice; Being booked the entire week with clients and a few of those days having multiple projects! Few things make me happier than knowing I’ll be busy nonstop! Thank you guys, sincerely! ❤️

A little before/after as the latest bathroom overhaul wraps up!

Everything during this process was done by me, other than a lovely electrician friend helping me rewire one switch.

-Demo
-Haul off
-Insulating ceiling with foamboard for better r-value
-Removal of alcove wall for tub and replacement with half wall to open up small footprint
-New Kaldewei steel tub sourced
-New plumbing for shower set-up and drains, done to code (this is important!)
-All new ceiling to floor drywall
-Waterproofing and tile surround set, grouted and sealed. (German manufactured wedi board used)
- New toilet, vanity and undermount bowl sinks. (Counter set by Granite and Marble Creations)
-Custom built medicine/towel cabinet
-Tile floor with proper cement board underlayment. Tiled, grouted and sealed.
-New lighting installed, and vent fan to replace ceiling heater (who uses in wall heaters?!)
-Trim installed
-Last but not least… everything got a beautiful coat of Benjamin Moore Regal paint.

When you do this kind of work you are always noticing things!

An Airbnb in Austin, TX. had a wee issue. Can you spot the OCD nightmare here? Lookout Handyman can do all of your fixture placement so you don’t run into these issues of communication between contractors!

What’s possible in one days work you ask? 🧐

-replace 38ft of rotten royal brick moulding
-custom cut and install 12 crawlspace vents
-replace rotten column trim
-splice in 2 sections of rotten door jamb
-hang two laundry shelves

This job was booked on an hourly basis. All the above tasks were preformed with the upmost attention and still a ton was accomplished. 7 hours total.
