Taking care of a community starts with having the right places to do it. We’re proud to help build them.

The new Center for Sports Medicine Ortho Medical Office Building in Chattanooga is a two-story, 9-month project that will include exam rooms, physical therapy spaces, three X-ray rooms, a CT room, an MR room, and 10 operating rooms.

But good work starts long before it reaches the jobsite.

A lot of Adman’s work on this project starts right here in Chattanooga at our prefab facility. Each room is laid out ahead of time, assemblies are built to plan, and they arrive on site ready to install. From prefab to the field, the goal is simple: do it right the first time.

And no good project happens without good people behind it. Charles Conner deserves a special shoutout. When asked who on the job stood out, Charles was the first name given because he cares about the work and takes pride in doing it right.

That same attitude can be found throughout this crew, and it shows.

Sometimes the biggest safety wins are the ones where nothing happens.

And that’s exactly why we’re proud to recognize Brian Valley with a Safety Excellence Award.

While working inside a customer’s process building, Brian noticed a faint smell of natural gas. It would’ve been easy to brush it off and keep working. He didn’t.

Brian stopped, paid attention and spoke up. That decision led to the discovery of a leaking fitting on a gas line. The line was immediately isolated, the area was confirmed safe, and what could have become a serious situation never got the chance to become one.

That’s what good safety looks like.

Great catch, Brian. Congratulations on a well-deserved Safety Excellence Award, and thank you for looking out for your crew.

400+ miles of electrical infrastructure. And a whole lot of hard work.

Yesterday, we traded conduit for BBQ for a little while and served lunch to more than 300 hardworking men and women on our Dalton Project.

To put into perspective just how much this team has accomplished:

⚡ Nearly 700,000 feet of conduit — roughly 130 miles
⚡ Approximately 560,000 feet of wire and cable — including nearly 34 miles of 35kV medium-voltage cable
⚡ More than 1 MILLION feet of MaxCell — roughly 193 miles
⚡ More than 22,000 feet of trenching
⚡ Over 4,000 large conduit elbows and sweeps
⚡ More than 116,000 duct bank spacers

Just between the conduit, wire, cable and MaxCell, that's approximately 2.3 MILLION linear feet, more than 400 miles of electrical infrastructure.

Those are some big numbers, but they don't happen without the people behind them.

Our Adman crews, alongside our labor partners at Miles Electric and Southern Electrical Alliance, and the teams from Allied Underground and Integra, have spent this summer showing up, putting in the hours and getting the job done, even through some pretty unforgiving Georgia heat.

So yesterday was about them.

From kickoff to the final whistle, every great game starts with a team behind the scenes. 🏈⚡

We're proud to have played a role in powering Tucker Stadium at Tennessee Tech University.

From the field lighting to locker rooms our team has worked hard to help create a facility that will serve Golden Eagle athletes and fans for years to come.

A huge shout out goes to the General Foreman, Caleb Condra, whose leadership and commitment helped bring this job together. We're proud of the way Caleb represented Adman throughout the project and grateful for the crew who worked alongside him every step of the way.

It's projects like these that remind us why we do what we do, building spaces that bring communities together and creating work we're proud to stand behind.

🏗️ **Big things are taking shape at the Gary W. Rollins College of Business.**

Right now, the newest addition to Fletcher Hall is just getting started, but before long it will become a place where students learn and collaborate.

We're proud to be part of the team helping bring that vision to life.

Our crew is installing the electrical systems that will keep the building running, from lighting and power distribution to the fire alarms. Most of our work will be hidden behind the walls, but it's what helps make the classrooms, study spaces, and technology work when the doors open.

Stay tuned, we'll be sharing updates as we help build the future of the Gary W. Rollins College of Business.
