For HHM Financial (HHM CPAs and Wealth Management), that meant designing a new workplace that supports the firm's continued growth while allowing its historic headquarters to remain the cultural heart of the organization. Built on a former surface parking lot in downtown Chattanooga, the project strengthens the surrounding streetscape and was designed with flexibility to serve both today's needs and tomorrow's opportunities.

This role involves designing and managing projects from concept to completion while helping deliver thoughtful, high-quality architecture that serves our clients and communities well.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor of Architecture degree
• Proficiency in architectural software + MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and project management skills

Salary range: $75,000–$95,000
Potential advancement opportunity to Senior Architect
Relocation package negotiable if needed

Back in February, our team had the opportunity to connect with students at the Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School Career Fair!

With over 100 colleges and vendors in attendance, the turnout was incredible, and so was the curiosity! Students stopped by our table to ask thoughtful questions about architecture, interior design, and what a career in the industry really looks like.

This was our first time participating in the event, and it was a meaningful opportunity to share what we do while encouraging the next generation as they begin exploring their future paths. We’ve already welcomed two students into the office for job shadowing so they can see what the day-to-day really looks like.

We’re excited to be part of events like this moving forward and to keep supporting students as they discover where their interests can take them!
