Popcorn removal can be tough if you aren't willing to spend the time in the details. Scraping the corners, priming, skimming, sanding. There is a process, and sometimes it isn't fast.

Another Contractor Fail....

You can have it CHEAP, you can have FAST, or you can have it GOOD. Some people pay to have it FAST AND GOOD. Some people prefer FAST AND CHEAP. But no one gets it CHEAP, FAST, AND GOOD.

Here is a good example of cheap and fast.

Good Afternoon Neighbors,
My name is Daniel Weathers and I am the owner of The Handy Painter of Chattanooga. We are a small remodeling and home repair business here in Chattanooga. I have included some Before and After Photos of one our recent projects. The client had a long term tennant that didn't report a major water leak. It ruined the tile shower, tile floor and subfloor, and the surrounding framing. The client needed a long lasting, but affordable solution to get her property back on the market.
We were able to remove all the damaged and moldy areas. Reframe the subfloor and walls. Level the bathroom floor, and install a new Kohler Shower system. We reinstalled her old toilet and vanity, put down some beautiful LVP plank flooring, and a fresh coat of paint. Back on the market and within budget.
