A customer reached out to us for a slab installation for a 30x40 shop. Upon our arrival, the customer was adamant about preserving the old slab. I accepted their condition. After a local contractor conducted an initial evaluation, they decided to withdraw from the project two days before the planned start date. Nonetheless, providing solutions to customer problems remains our paramount objective, driving us to prioritize their satisfaction.
