We work pretty darn hard to stand out among the many in our industry. One of the many qualities we pride ourselves on is premium customer service.

Recently we have been a victim of bots and a case of mistaken identity with a company of the same name with our google profile and have received four different low/one star reviews. Every single review that is less than 5 stars is false and misleading yet Google refuses to address the issue and remove these poor reviews.

I understand it is the world we live in however, most people look to Google for confidence in deciding whether or not to reach out to us. With these poor reviews, it does negatively affect our business and our livelihood when people see these reviews without truly understanding they do not represent us or our mission to provide exceptional customer service and quality installations.

If any of our followers could be so kind as to leave us a positive review, it would be most appreciated. I understand that this does violate Googles terms of service however so does leaving reviews up that absolutely do not reflect the caliber of the services we provide by providing false and misleading information so I don't feel bad about it.

For my friends and family that have never experienced our company and services, I'm sure you could comment on what you know about me as the person you know and love.

From what I understand you are also able to report false reviews as well which may result in them being removed.

I understand I am taking a risk by asking for your help but I've chosen to be proactive and not allow Google to affect my business negatively by their poor business practices.
