A lot has been happening behind the scenes at ROC Elevators lately! 🔧

Our team has been on the road meeting with homeowners, builders, and contractors, completing onsite evaluations, reviewing plans, and helping bring new elevator projects one step closer to reality.

From new construction to existing homes, we've been working on a variety of exciting projects, each with its own unique layout, needs, and possibilities.

There's a lot to look forward to in the coming months, and we're excited to share more as these projects come together!

We're grateful for the continued trust from our customers and building partners.💙

With severe weather approaching, we're keeping everyone in the storm's path in our thoughts and prayers.

🌧️ A few hurricane preparedness tips for homeowners with residential elevators:

Park your elevator on the top floor. Whether you're evacuating or staying home, moving your elevator to the highest landing before the storm can help protect it from potential flooding.

Turn off the power if you're able to do so safely. Once the elevator is parked, shutting off power to the unit can help protect its electrical components.

After the storm: If your elevator or its equipment has been exposed to water or flooding, we recommend having it inspected by a qualified elevator technician before returning it to service.

Above all, your safety comes first. Never put yourself at risk to prepare your elevator.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, communities, and first responders who may be affected. Take care of yourselves, look out for one another, and know that the ROC Elevators team is here if you need us.

Stay safe, everyone. ❤️

ROC is headed to Savannah! 📍

Part of our team is on the road this week for an onsite visit for an upcoming commercial elevator project in Savannah, Georgia.

Every successful installation starts long before the equipment arrives. Onsite visits give our team the opportunity to review the space, verify measurements, work through project requirements, and make sure we’re planning the right elevator solution from the start.

We’re excited to see this project take shape and even more excited to continue expanding the commercial side of ROC Elevators.

From North Georgia to Savannah and everywhere in between.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember where we were, what we felt, and the way our country came together in the days that followed.

Today, we remember every life lost, every family forever changed, and every first responder and everyday American who stepped forward when they were needed most.

May we never forget September 11, 2001. ❤️

Last week took ROC Elevators all across North Carolina and South Carolina! 📍

From checking out potential new projects to servicing and maintaining elevators for our existing customers, we’re always happy to hit the road and be there when our customers need us.

We even got to meet a furry friend at one of our customer’s homes along the way, definitely one of the highlights of the trip! 🐾

New projects, ongoing preventative maintenance, or service along the way, we’re here to keep you moving.

Last week brought us to Placida, Florida.🏖️

What started as an opportunity to help homeowners recover after the hurricanes has grown into something much more meaningful. We're grateful for the relationships we've built and the trust our customers have placed in us to continue servicing, maintaining, and upgrading their elevators for years to come.

At ROC Elevators, we believe our job doesn't end when the installation is complete. Whether we're responding after a storm, performing routine maintenance, or modernizing an existing system, our goal is to be a trusted resource our customers can count on for the long haul.

Thank you to everyone in Placida for your continued trust! We're looking forward to many more visits in the years ahead.🫶
