A little reset for the women who do so much for everyone else 💙

Yesterday, we treated our Property Managers to a well-deserved day of relaxation at the Williamsburg Salt Spa, complete with massages, salt cave experiences, lunch and take-home gifts to help continue their self-care day.

These eight incredible ladies work tirelessly to support their teams, serve their residents, and keep their communities thriving. Their dedication and leadership do not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything they do!

We appreciate you more than words can say 🫶🏼

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED - Last week's BECO Budget Boot Camp was a huge success! Our teams showed up ready to focus, strategize, collaborate, and tackle budget season like the pros they are!

We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to our awesome vendor sponsors who helped make this event extra special:

Renova One
Redi Carpet
HD Supply
Automatic Leasing Service
InterSolutions
American Solutions for Business

And for anyone concerned about seeing a few "buzz" photos, rest assured, no RPM's were actually shaved during Boot Camp 😆. Special thanks to Krystle and Chrissy for being good sports while participating in our highly unofficial and totally fake "buzz cut drill".
