We recently finished a pretty cool transformation in Virginia Beach — turning a detached garage into a fully finished studio apartment.

What started as an unused garage is now a comfortable, functional living space with everything you need in one place. We handled the entire conversion, from framing and insulation to the electrical, plumbing, finishes, air conditioning and bathroom.

Projects like this are a great way to make better use of space you already have while adding value and functionality to the property.

Our latest project in Kings Grant started with a kitchen leak that damaged the cabinets and flooring. The homeowner decided it was a good opportunity to completely refresh the space, so we got to work.

We removed the main wall separating the kitchen and living room to open up the floor plan, installed new hardwood floors throughout, and added new white oak cabinets, countertops and appliances. We also removed the cramped full bathroom at the end of the hall and converted it back into a spacious half bathroom.

And then there’s the backsplash. Honestly, it might be one of the coolest tile selections we’ve ever installed. We’re really happy with how this one came together.

Our latest purchase through 757 Contracting. We picked up a commercial building right down the street from the house near Grassfield High School and Elementary. The building comes on a 1.25 acre parcel with a seamstress business below and a 2 bedroom apartment above, both currently occupied. We have big plans for the parcel, stay tuned for the news…..

This is the project in Norfolk where we stripped the house entirely including all sheathing on the outside and roof. We are making good progress so far:

- Mechanical ✔️
- Plumbing ✔️
- Framing ✔️
- Exterior brick and roof ✔️
- Windows ✔️
- Electrical starting this week, it won’t be long before insulation and sheetrock goes up!

Some projects are more than just an addition… they’re years of dreaming, planning, and finally bringing a vision to life.

We had the opportunity to remove the existing sunroom on this home in Little Neck and completely transform the space into a much larger grand sunroom built to take advantage of every bit of the incredible waterfront view and backyard fire pit area.

From the whitewashed tongue-and-groove ceiling, to the custom window sizes and shapes, to the Hardie exterior and standing seam metal roof finished in matte black — every detail was designed to make this space feel timeless, warm, and one of a kind. We also completed a brand new composite deck that ties everything together perfectly and creates an amazing indoor/outdoor setup for this family to enjoy year-round.

This one was special to us because it wasn’t just another construction project — it was something these homeowners had wanted for many years, and we’re incredibly grateful they trusted us to bring it to life.

Out with the old, in with something incredible.

We just completed the full demolition and removal of an existing home in Chesapeake to make way for what’s coming next—a custom 7,400 sq ft barndominium that’s going to be on another level.

This project is a perfect example of transformation. What once sat on this property no longer fit the vision, so we cleared the slate completely to build something designed for modern living, functionality, and serious curb appeal.

From teardown to turnkey, we’re handling every phase of this build. The new home will feature bold matte black finishes, warm wood accents, and a layout built for both everyday living and entertaining.
