We’re excited to share that Virginia Peninsula Community College’s Newport News Trades Center has been named Best Small Project by Engineering News-Record MidAtlantic!

The VPCC Newport News Trades Center is already making an impact—providing hands-on training and education to help meet the growing demand for skilled trades workers across Hampton Roads. Seeing the classrooms full and the building buzzing with activity has been incredibly rewarding.

Park Heights Library is out of the ground! Structural steel er****on is officially underway, marking an exciting milestone in the construction of this new 17,000 SF branch.

Developed for the Baltimore City Department of General Services in partnership with the Baltimore Recnparks, the project is anticipated to reach completion around October 2027.

The mission of the Enoch Pratt Free Library organization is to empower, enrich, and enhance the quality of life for all though equitable access to information, services, and opportunities. We are proud to be a part of this project and look forward to watching this important community resource continue to take shape.

ENR MidAtlantic announces Virginia Peninsula Community College Workforce Development Newport News Trades Center as the 2026 Best Small Project!

With the specific need for a training curriculum to support shipbuilding and maintenance, RRMM Architects designed this 16,00 SF facility. Offering specialized areas for welding, metal fabrication, a 25’x25’ partial submarine mock-up, and flexible teaching zones for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
